Imagine Happiness Acorn Pixie Ornament

She may only be 5” tall but she has great courage and a generous heart!

This wee wooden acorn head pixie wears a sparkling tulle skirt, a lace apron, a silk velvet moss green coat with tiny glass leaves and pearls to button it.

She holds a tiny grimoire book that I made a long time ago and holds a silver wand with a star.

She has a tiny brass safety pin with a gold tag that says “imagine.”

I added a black ribbon that says imagine happiness.

Her body is rayon ribbon covered cotton pipe cleaners so she can be gently bent- I have sat them on mushrooms and chairs and twigs and wreaths and I believe she can sit on your Christmas tree branch if you spread out her skirts a bit!

Her wings are vintage gold embossed paper oak leaves with wire in the center- I painted the back and sprinkled on some glitter! They too can be gently bent if needed to look like wings aflutter!

I will be weaving baskets for all the wee pixies and adding them as I get each one finished. On Friday I will offer a few riding on snails.

This one is the first so far for today- check back in a bit for more!

Pixies like a crumb of gingerbread and a drop of honey water if you don’t mind. Please make sure they wash their hands and face before bed and don’t let them chase too many dragonflies or they will be too tired to sing fairy songs at twilight with the other fairies and elves!
