Love always and forever acorn pixie

This sweet little wooden acorn pixie has golden embossed oak leaf paper wings that I painted on the back and sprinkled on some glitter! There’s a wire in them so that they can be carefully posed.

Her body is cotton pipe cleaner, wrapped with green and rust colored rayon ribbon- only a tiny drop of glue- otherwise I’ve sewn everything with loving hands.

The skirt is rose colored sparkle tulle, her apron a bit of old lace, her coat recycled from a lovely small silk velvet jacket I gave up trying to fit!

She has two green glass leaves, tiny pearls and a pink rosebud closure on her coat.

She holds a tiny book I made- this one says Lore on the front cover, there are tiny pages with elvish writings inside!

In her other hand is a pinecone wand and on her back is a tiny basket I wove using brown and green paper covered wire!

It can be untied if you want and the mushrooms and pine sprig can be removed to add different things ss the seasons change.

I have fairies flying about everywhere in my house and they put a smile on my face every time I see them!

She has a tiny brass safety pin with a brass tag that reads “love” and a ribbon that says love always and forever.

She’s about 5” tall and can sit or stand- the basket is kinda heavy but she can sit on a branch of your tree and help the holidays seem bright!

Please don’t let her eat too much gingerbread or get into the gumdrops or she’ll never get to sleep at night!
